After honing his skills in prestigious kitchens across Europe, he made his mark in Thailand as the founder and Executive Chef of Acqua Restaurant in Phuket and Bangkok, an award-winning establishment recognized internationally for its contemporary interpretation of Italian cuisine. His journey reflects a deep respect for authentic Italian flavors, while continuously re-imagining them with modern techniques and creativity.
